Die Kattebak Market: New ‘brocante’ vintage market launching in Woodstock

November 15, 2013 By:

This Saturday the Market at the Palms in Woodstock will launch Die Kattebak Market, a monthly ‘brocante’ vintage market that will run alongside their weekly market and complement their usual food-focused offerings. The new market will trade once a month on selected Saturdays, starting on 16 November 2013.

Dates for 2013: 16 November and 21 December.

Here’s what organisers have in mind: Inspired by the well-known brocante markets on the French countryside (better known as car boot sales), we are introducing our own KATTEBAK MARKET in the heart of Woodstock, together with our existing Market at The Palms. This is where you’ll find wonderful bargains – an eclectic mix of great finds – from linen, crystal, porcelain, books, clothing and even golden oldies – LPs and music. We hope for DIE KATTEBAK to be the place to find and sell your collectibles once a month – and to browse around and relax with a glass of bubbly at the food market!

If you’re a vintage / brocante trader and would like to trade at DIE KATTEBAK please contact organisers via email This email address is being protected from spambots. When: Monthly on selected Saturdays (16 November 2013, 21 December 2013)

Where: The Palms Lifestyle Centre, 145 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock
